WHO

 
Danielle M. Carter of Isaac Brant Ledman & Teetor LLP. Ms. Carter concentrates her practice in domestic relations law, adoption law and various areas of litigation, including insurance defense and sovereign immunity. She has successfully argued before the Ohio Tenth District Court of Appeals. Danielle earned her bachelor's degree from Miami University (B.A., 1996) and her law degree from Capital University (J.D., cum laude, 1999). During law school, Danielle was a member of Law Review and was selected to compete in the ABA National Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition in Chicago, Illinois in 1998.
 

Scott N. Friedman of Friedman & Mirman Co., LPA. Mr. Friedman earned his B.A. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School where he was honored with the Order of the Curia. Mr. Friedman has been practicing Family Relations Law exclusively since 1998, and is a member of the Columbus (Family Law Committee), Ohio (Family Law Committee) and American (Family Law Committee) bar associations. Mr. Friedman is also Vice-Chair of the ABA Family Law Committee, Trial Practice and Techniques Committee, as well as a graduate of the ABA’s Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute.
 

Dennis E. Horvath is an associate in the Columbus law firm of Joseph & Joseph. Born South Bend, Indiana, admitted to bar: 2001, Ohio. Education: Indiana University (B.S., 1997); Capital University Law School (J.D., 2000). Delta Theta Phi (Social Chairman, 1998-1999). Member: Columbus, Young Lawyers Association Ohio State and American Bar Associations. Mr. Horvath’s practice areas include Civil Litigation; Real Estate Corporate, Commercial, Family.
 

Jennifer J. Joseph is a partner in the Columbus law firm of Joseph & Joseph where her practice is devoted to family law, civil litigation, employment and corporate law. Ms. Joseph earned her B.A. degree from Loyola University and her J.D. degree from The Ohio State University. She has lectured before the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio Financial Planners Association, the Columbus Financial Planners Association, and The National Business Institute. Ms. Joseph is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State and American Bar Associations. She is admitted as a foundation member of the Columbus Bar Association.
 

Gary S. Wellbaum of Babbitt & Wellbaum LLP. Mr. Wellbaum earned his JD from the Ohio State University. Since 1991 Mr. Wellbaum has limited his practice exclusively to Family Law. He has been an Ohio Sate Bar Association Certified Family Relations Specialist since the inception of such certification. He is actively involved in the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, and The Franklin County Trial Lawyers’ Association. Mr. Wellbaum regularly lectures on Family Law to both state and local organizations.
