WHO

 THE HONORABLE J. CRAIG WRIGHT is of counsel with the Columbus, Ohio law firm of Chester, Willcox & Saxbe, LLP. Justice Wright was admitted to practice in the State of Ohio in 1954 and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1958. He is a 1951 graduate of the University of Kentucky, and earned his J.D. degree from the Yale University Law School (1954). He had significant litigation experience from 1957 through 1971. In 1971, he was sworn in as Judge at the Franklin County Common Pleas Court, trying to conclusion approximately 500 civil cases. In 1984, he was elected to the Ohio Supreme Court and served there until April 1996. During his tenure there, he handled approximately 17,000 motions for certiorari and 2,000 merit cases, as well as reviewing at least 100 cases involving malpractice and a vast number of personal injury and damages cases.

GEOFFREY STERN is a partner in the Columbus law firm of Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter, where his practice is devoted to questions of legal ethics and professional responsibility. Mr. Stern earned his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University. He became a member of the Columbus Bar Legal Ethics Committee in 1975, and a member of the Ohio State Bar Association Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Conduct in 1981, serving as Secretary, Vice Chair and Chair of that committee from 1992 to 1993. In 1993, Mr. Stern was appointed as Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court and served in that capacity until 1997 when he returned to private practice.

JENNIFER J. JOSEPH is a partner in the Columbus law firm of Joseph & Joseph where her practice is devoted to family law, civil litigation, employment and corporate law. Ms. Joseph earned her B.A. degree from Loyola University and her J.D. degree from The Ohio State University. She has lectured before the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio Financial Planners Association, the Columbus Financial Planners Association, and The National Business Institute. Ms. Joseph is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State and American Bar Associations. She is admitted as a foundation member of the Columbus Bar Association.
